Last Person Standing is a hobby project run by an individual, offered free because running survivor games with friends should be easy. These are the ground rules — plain English, no legalese.

The game

How the game works is described on the rules page. Results and eliminations are processed automatically from the fixture data, and group admins can correct genuine mistakes — but the site's decision on results is final. It's a game between friends; please keep it friendly.

Money

Entry fees for private groups are arranged between group members, off the platform — cash at the pub, a bank transfer, whatever works for your group. The site never processes payments and never holds funds. Whether someone has paid is simply a checkbox the group admin ticks; any disputes about money are between you and your group.

Fixture data

Fixtures, kickoff times and results come from a third-party data provider. They're usually spot on, but they can occasionally be delayed or wrong — postponements especially. The site syncs regularly and corrects itself, but don't bet the house on a kickoff time shown here.

The service

The site is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or that everything will always work perfectly. It's one person's side project — things get fixed with care, but not always instantly.

Accounts

Accounts may be removed for abuse — cheating attempts, harassing other players, or using the site for anything dodgy. If that ever has to happen, you'll be told why.
